Privacy Policy

Plain-language version: we collect the minimum needed to respond to you, we never sell your data, and you can ask us to delete it at any time.

How this site handles a message

The contact form is the only place this site asks you to type personal information. The fields are your name, email address, an optional company name, an optional budget range, and the message itself. A hidden field exists only to reject automated spam. If that field is filled, the submission is discarded and is not emailed. When analytics cookies are allowed, a second hidden field carries an anonymous visitor id so the pages already read on this site can be attached to the message.

A valid submission is emailed to KeenCraft. It is not sold, and it is not added to an advertising audience. If analytics is allowed, KeenCraft also keeps the name, email, company, and budget with the pages viewed under that visitor id. The message text stays in the email. Session recordings mask what is typed into form fields. KeenCraft does not guess the name or email of someone who never writes in or books.

Messages are kept as email so they can be answered. Analytics events are kept so KeenCraft can see which pages a lead read. You can ask for a copy, a correction, or deletion by emailing the address on this page. Deletion removes the inquiry email and the analytics profile tied to that email. This policy covers keencraft.tech only. Products KeenCraft builds for clients follow the data terms in that project's statement of work, not this page.

What we collect

When you submit the contact form, we collect your name, email address, optional company name and budget range, and the message you write. If you allow analytics, we also keep an anonymous visitor id and the pages you viewed on this site before you sent the message or booked a call. We do not sell that information, and we do not buy a name or email for someone who never contacts us.

How we use it

The form is used to reply to you. When analytics is allowed, page history is used to see what you already read before a reply or a call. It is not added to a newsletter list, and it is not sold.

What this site does not collect

There is no account, newsletter signup, or checkout on this site. The form does not ask for a phone number, a postal address, payment details, or documents. We do not buy contact lists, and we do not use services that reveal a person's name or email from data those services already hold. If you write on WhatsApp or by email instead of the form, that conversation stays in those apps under their own terms.

Cookies and tracking

Pages can be read with analytics off. Visitors in the EU, UK, and Switzerland are asked before analytics cookies are set. Elsewhere, analytics is on until you turn it off from Cookie settings in the footer. If analytics is not enabled on this site, no analytics cookies are set.

KeenCraft records sessions, heatmaps, scroll depth, pages viewed, and time on page under an anonymous id. What is typed into form fields is masked. When you send the contact form or book a call, and only if analytics was allowed, your email is attached to that id so KeenCraft can see what you read. The booking link carries the anonymous id so the booked email can be attached the same way. This site does not run advertising pixels.

The host may keep a short technical log, including an IP address, to rate limit the contact form. Analytics may process an IP address to operate. That address is not used to identify you, and it is not used to build an advertising profile.

How long messages are kept

A contact-form message is kept as email for as long as it takes to reply and, if you hire KeenCraft, for as long as that conversation is needed to do the work you asked for. Analytics events are kept for the same purpose. If you ask us to delete them and there is no legal reason to keep the email, we remove the inquiry from the inbox and delete the analytics profile tied to that email.

Client products

Software KeenCraft builds for a client, such as a voice agent, a CRM, or a healthcare backend, is that client's product. Those systems have their own data practices, written into the statement of work. This page does not govern patient records, call recordings, or CRM data stored inside a client system.

Security

This site enforces HTTPS, strict security headers (including a Content Security Policy), and server-side validation on all form input. Form submissions are rate limited to reduce abuse.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your inquiry and the analytics profile tied to it by emailing jareer@keencraft.tech.

Changes

If this policy changes, the updated text is published on this page with a new "last updated" date. The version you are reading is the one that applies to a message sent while it is posted. We do not apply a quieter, older version to new submissions.
