Integration cost estimator
A directional integration estimate starts at about 10 hours per system, then grows for two-way sync, real-time delivery, production retries, volume, thin documentation, and OAuth. The dollar figure uses $125 an hour as a market blend for planning. It is not a KeenCraft rate. KeenCraft quotes a fixed Statement of Work after a strategy call, not hours.
Count the systems, say whether data moves one way or both, and how fresh it has to be. The result is an hour range and a dollar range at a disclosed planning rate.
Each CRM, ads account, or database that has to read or write.
Planning range
$9,375–$15,000
75 to 120 hours around a midpoint of 97. Yearly upkeep at 15% of the midpoint is $1,815.
- Midpoint hours
- 97
- Midpoint at $125/hour
- $12,103
- Planning blend, not an invoice.
- Yearly upkeep
- $1,815
- What moves the number
- Two-way
- realtime sync.
Planning model, not a quote. A KeenCraft engagement is a fixed Statement of Work after a free strategy call.
How the number is calculated
- Start at 10 hours for each system in the flow.
- Two-way sync multiplies hours by 1.5, because conflicts have to be resolved in both directions. Daily sync stays at 1×, hourly is 1.15×, and real-time webhooks are 1.35×.
- Production hardening — retries, alerts, and a way to reconcile a failed write — multiplies hours by 1.3. Volume under 10,000 records a month stays at 1×, 10,000 to 100,000 is 1.15×, and above that is 1.3×.
- A system with thin or missing docs adds 8 hours. OAuth adds 6 hours after the multipliers, for consent and token refresh.
- The published range is 25% under and 25% over that midpoint, rounded to 5 hours. Dollars are hours × $125. Yearly upkeep is 15% of the midpoint. The $125 rate is a planning blend, not what KeenCraft invoices.

Questions this calculator answers
How much does a CRM integration cost?+
A small one-way connection between two documented systems can land in the low thousands. Two-way, real-time sync across several systems with OAuth moves the planning range into five figures. The estimator shows the range for the options you pick. A real price is a fixed Statement of Work after the fields and the failure cases are named.
Why not show a single price?+
The same three logos can be a daily export or a live two-way sync with reconciliation. Those are different builds. A single price would hide the choice that actually moves the cost.
Does KeenCraft bill the $125 rate?+
No. The rate converts hours into a familiar dollar range so the estimate can be compared with other quotes. KeenCraft does not sell hours. The engagement is a fixed total with milestones.
What is missing from the range?+
Data cleanup, a new CRM, and a custom object model are not in the multipliers. Neither is a month of parallel running while the old Zapier path is still on. If the project is really 'replace the CRM,' use the automation ROI calculator for the labor and treat this range as the connection work only.
